Geïnspireerd door het infusieproces van likeuren, heeft Franse liquorist Giffard uit Angers, door middel van infusie van sinaasappel een alcoholvrije 0.0 versie gemaakt van de bekende Triple Sec om zorgeloos van te genieten. Lager in suiker, hoger in smaak.

Aromatische intensiteit, complexiteit, maak je eigen mocktail met bruisend water of 0.0 bubbels. Aanbevolen verhouding 1:8 (1 deel Giffard Spritz) of natuurlijk naar eigen smaak.

Proefnotitie

Intens aromatisch: sinaasappelzest en sap.

De smaak is de perfecte harmonie van zoete en bittere sinaasappel, gedragen door de levendigheid en kracht van citrus. Een lange, soepele afdronk die een verfijnde indruk op het gehemelte achterliet.
