De Deconstructed-serie is het zeer exclusieve prestigeproject van de Britse wijnmaker Richard Kershaw. Hij heeft zichzelf tot doel gesteld de beste wijngaarden van de kleine, koele regio Elgin in kaart te brengen en aldus de potentie van de streek voor wijnen van grand cru-niveau te laten zien.  Daar slaagt hij tot dusverre wonderwel in.
