This is a fragrant and lively wine that would drink nicely with seafood and easy salad combinations. Delicate mineral notes also appear, probably from the Assyrtiko.

There is an unexpected lingering creaminess and light vanilla sweetness (even if the wine is dry) long after the wine has been swallowed. Terrific intensity becomes even more evident the day after.
There is hint of green olive at the back. The wine is lean in character, but there is enough texture to pair with grilled fish drizzled in lemon juice and olive oil.
The pale straw-colored Assyrtiko bursts out of the glass with lemon and tangerine juice aromas plus lime rind and zest, followed by an incredibly bright palate.
