There is hint of green olive at the back. The wine is lean in character, but there is enough texture to pair with grilled fish drizzled in lemon juice and olive oil.
This is a fragrant and lively wine that would drink nicely with seafood and easy salad combinations. Delicate mineral notes also appear, probably from the Assyrtiko.
