A modern, sleek and showy style, smoky and rich. While the flavours are strictly savoury, there is definitely some barrel in there, showing in the texture (round) as well as flavour (nutty).
This is exactly the kind of affordable white you want with fried calamari and other simple seafood dishes. No complaints at this price point. This is a wine of honest refreshment.

There is hint of green olive at the back. The wine is lean in character, but there is enough texture to pair with grilled fish drizzled in lemon juice and olive oil.
The varieties sort of cancel each other out – hard to discern the characteristics of any one variety, though perhaps that's the point. And the whole is fresh and lively.
This is a fragrant and lively wine that would drink nicely with seafood and easy salad combinations. Delicate mineral notes also appear, probably from the Assyrtiko.
