This is a fragrant and lively wine that would drink nicely with seafood and easy salad combinations. Delicate mineral notes also appear, probably from the Assyrtiko.

Fraaie kleur, aangename expressie van deze bijzondere druif, goede vulling, mooi versmolten rijpe aroma’s, kruidige impressies, prima balans, veel smaak en lengte.
There is hint of green olive at the back. The wine is lean in character, but there is enough texture to pair with grilled fish drizzled in lemon juice and olive oil.
The pale straw-colored Assyrtiko bursts out of the glass with lemon and tangerine juice aromas plus lime rind and zest, followed by an incredibly bright palate.
