There is hint of green olive at the back. The wine is lean in character, but there is enough texture to pair with grilled fish drizzled in lemon juice and olive oil.
The pale straw-colored Assyrtiko bursts out of the glass with lemon and tangerine juice aromas plus lime rind and zest, followed by an incredibly bright palate.
It’s medium-bodied with finely grained tannins. All in balance with so much pulpy character. Juicy and precise with great drinkability. Flavorful finish with excellent length.
